These one-to-one consultations are designed to give you practical guidance, reassurance, and confidence at every stage of parenting.

We cover:

• Gentle routine guidance and daily rhythms

• Developmental milestones and play ideas

• Feeding transitions and changes

• Behaviour support (tantrums, boundaries & independence)

• Communication and bonding techniques

• Ongoing reassurance and parental guidance
   

I also offer more specialised support, including potty learning, potty training, and tailored developmental guidance.
